- 20 years’ experience in remuneration consultancy with KPMG, specialising in incentive plans, employee participation plans, executive compensation and social insurance schemes (pensions for management).
- Head of the Global Incentive Compensation Service Team in Switzerland, previously a tax expert for companies, particularly in relation to mergers and acquisitions (also at KPMG).
- Highly diverse client portfolio, both national and international: from listed companies to local SMEs and start-ups – each with their own specific challenges, procedures, objectives and means.
- Other professional experience: Tax commissioner at the cantonal tax office in St Gallen and worked in the foreign exchange department at a major bank in St Moritz.
- Member of the Global Board of the Global Equity Organisation (GEO) and responsible for the GEO Chapter for the DACH countries and French-speaking Switzerland.
